Esmile terms of service
The simple rules for using Esmile.
Last updated: 2026-10-10
1. Agreement
By creating an ESO account or using Esmile (website or apps) you accept these terms and the Esmile privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Esmile.
2. Your account
Esmile is free. You sign in only with your ESO account ("Continue with ESO account"). Give true information, keep your password safe and tell us if your account is misused. Names that impersonate ESO or other people are not allowed. The same account signs you in to ESO OS, ESmail and Cosmos.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Esmile for spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing, scams, malware, harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, other people's private data, or anything illegal. Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to what you write and post. You allow ESO to store, copy and show it only as needed to run Esmile (for example to show your post to your followers). You are responsible for what you post and send.
5. Moderation
The ESO team can remove content and pause or close accounts that break these terms, and can act on reports from users. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.
6. Limits and changes
To keep Esmile fast and free, there are fair limits (for example on message size, attachments, uploads and how often you can send). We may add, change or remove features.
7. No warranty
Esmile is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or that messages will never be lost. Keep copies of anything important.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ESO is not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profits resulting from the use of Esmile.
9. Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms or stay unused for a very long time (we will email you first).
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Algeria. Questions: support@esoos.dpdns.org. If these terms change we update this page and the date above.
